HOT SEAT #3 - Building a 3-Page Marketing Plan. We focus on results not tasks. We believe there are three things you need to do to successfully market a business. Focus on customer acquisition, customer retention, and finally evangelism. How do we get people in, get people back, and get people talking? We'll lay out simple tactics to accomplish all three of these things.
Each session will include a couple of hot seats and then Chip will leave the second half of the session for open Q&A so you can work through specific problems in a systematic way.
