Who is the program for?
We currently have over 150 members in the program spread across 4 different mastermind groups, and they all have two things in common:
1) They are passionate leaders who have built thriving businesses.
2) They have all raised their hands to ask for help.
Humility is a key ingredient to success in this program. Everyone has basically raised their hand to ask for help. And that’s where we come in… to help them with PROFIT and GROWTH.
What is the purpose of the program?
Two words: Profit & Growth.
Members get two calls every week: a 1-hour marketing call and a 2-hour operations call. You will be surrounded by an incredible network of owners and operators who (like you) are all focused on profitability. Through these calls we will help you turn things around and build a business that generates consistent, predictable 20% operating profits. .
So how do you get results?
The challenges facing Restaurant Owners are not unique. But, each business is unique and dealing with their own specific struggles and successes. That's why the program is tailored to meet you where you're at and create an action plan to get you to 20% profits.
The heart of the program are the weekly mastermind sessions with Chip and his coaches. We like to say that the program is member-led, meaning YOU help set the agenda.
Each marketing call covers a specific channel with clear-cut actionable playbooks for implementing it into your business. We then leave plenty of time after to answer all of your questions.
We start our sessions with our Hot Seats (more on that below)... then cover our weekly lesson... and finally collect questions from the group to help structure our time. We call that Member Agenda.
Any questions that go unanswered remain on the list to be answered the following week. The bottom line? The majority of our time each week belongs to you, the member.
What exactly is a hot seat?
All members go on the "hot seat" every other month. This is to make sure that everyone gets specific attention throughout their time in the program. We provide the structure for the first three; the members then set all future hot seats.

Since our goal is to solidify profitability, we need to begin by looking at the numbers. Why? Because numbers never lie. We’ll see right there in black and white what’s working and what isn’t. That largely dictates where we focus moving forward and helps us create your unique plan of action.

Forecasting & Budgeting
This is where we help you integrate our P3 Scorecard. This is an excel spreadsheet that helps you set daily revenue targets for the business, and then set budgets for the most crucial areas of your business. This document will become a living, breathing, dashboard to manage your business more proactively.

The Growth Plan
When new members join the program, we ask them to focus on profit first. Why? Because revenue does not necessarily cure all sins. Often it can cover up a lot of sins. But we're not stupid; we know the impact that topline growth can have on bottom line profit. So we give you a structured way to target growth.
Is there a methodology?
The P3 Mastermind Program is results-oriented. It all comes down to effective systems and goals, and having the expertise and support you need to see it through. Proper goal setting is about identifying what you want and then we put a system into place to help make it happen.
P3 members are invited to begin with the end in mind. That’s true when we’re targeting profitability or trying to build repeat lunch business. Figure out what you want to happen, then take specific action in order to make that thing happen.
This simple mindset shift, coupled with ongoing support, will change your business.
