Anthony Strong has been working in kitchens since he was a teenager. After more than 15 years running restaurants in San Francisco, he opened Pasta Supply Co in 2021. Three years in, he's operating two locations — and building the business the right way.

Successful, But Running the Business Alone

When Pasta Supply Co took off, Anthony had a problem most operators would recognize: the restaurant was busy, but he was carrying all of it himself. He was searching for help tightening up operations, making better decisions, and finding a real community of peers he could actually lean on.
