OUR FOUNDER
Chip Klose is the host of the Restaurant Strategy podcast, author of The Restaurant Marketing Mindset, and founder of the P3 Mastermind. Over his twenty-five years in the industry he's opened numerous Michelin-starred restaurants and collaborated with three different James Beard Award–winners. In 2022 he earned his MBA in Food Marketing, graduating top of his class at the Haub School of Business, Saint Joseph’s University (Philadelphia, PA).
As a speaker, he's traveled all over the world to give workshops and talks to rooms filled with restaurant professionals. To date the furthest he's traveled as been Auckland, NZ to deliver the 2023 keynote for the Restaurant Association of New Zealand's annual convention.
His goal in all of this is simple: to help owners and operators build more profitable restaurants.

Christopher Hughes
Chris is a Buffalo, NY native who moved to New York City in 2001. Since then he has been blessed to work with some of the highest profile chefs and restaurateurs in the country.
Since starting his career with Danny Meyer at Gramercy Tavern, leading the opening teams at A Voce and Lilia, and with his ongoing work as a coach and consultant... Chris brings nearly three decades of experience to the table.
His background encompasses the full scope of Operational Management: from fast casual to fine dining to managing beverage programs and operating world class catering operations. As a P3 coach, he leverages those insights and experiences to help owners all over the country dial in profits and automate operations.
Sal Rotolo, Jr.
Salvatore is a seasoned hospitality and restaurant executive with over 35 years of hands-on experience in building and scaling successful food concepts. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he began his career at a young age, cutting his teeth at the iconic John’s Original Brick Oven Pizza on Bleecker Street in the heart of Greenwich Village.
He went on to open his first restaurant near San Diego State University, then spent several years cooking alongside renowned chef Wolfgang Puck, further honing his culinary and operational expertise.
Most recently, Salvatore served as VP of Operations for ProteinHouse, helping grow the company from just 2 domestic locations to 27 locations worldwide.
With a wealth of experience spanning operations, franchising, brand growth, and leadership, Salvatore brings a powerful combination of knowledge, drive, and vision to the team.
Rev Ciancio
Rev is a New York City restaurant owner, and knows exactly how hard it is to operate and brand a hospitality business.
He is a hospitality marketing consultant, customer and technology evangelist at Branded Strategic Hospitality, with more than 25 years experience in B2B digital marketing and business development, specializing in hospitality marketing, content, local SEO, reputation management and demand generation. He helps technology companies, brands and restaurants to acquire and retain more customers.
Rev is known as an “expert burger taster,” pens hospitality and marketing tips on his Instagram, and LinkedIn, and hosts the Restaurant Marketing Podcast. He believes that Pizza is a religion.
